Project: Proposed new 2 bay cartlodge with separate replacement workshop.

2-bay cartlodge and workshop that are proportionate and well laid out.

We made sure the 2 buildings sat comfortably within the site boundaries, allowing sufficient space for turning and easy entry/exit using the existing gateway.

As part of the design brief from the client, we looked at a first floor to the cartlodge, which was collectively dismissed, as the building would be too deep within the boundary and too large against the original cottage.

The resulting buildings sit well within the site, are proportionate for the plot, traditionally designed and therefore all combines to sit well against the cottage.

Well designed, both in layout and aesthetics, resulting in 2 buildings that look as if they were always there.
